Key Responsibilities * Initiate and foster professional relationships with prospective clients across digital communication platforms. * Respond to active client inquiries with clear, professional, and persuasive written communication. * Execute outbound and follow-up phone calls to establish credibility, address inquiries, and advance deals through the pipeline. * Understand client requirements, present aligned solutions, and manage objections professionally. * Maintain precise CRM records and collaborate with team members to achieve company targets and performance benchmarks. Candidate Profile & Qualifications * Excellent written and spoken English with a polished, consultative communication style. * Proficient in managing digital communication tools and fast-paced workflows. * Goal-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. * Comfortable leading outbound sales calls and live client discussions. * Must have a professional home office setup and be available to work US Central Time business hours, with occasional weekend flexibility. * Prior sales experience is an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued. Compensation & Benefits $12.00/Hour Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses * Fully remote work with location independence. * Continuous professional development, sales mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
