What You'll Focus On Your primary objective is to convert online engagement into customer success. You will act as the voice of our brand across digital channels, driving conversations, managing direct messages, and handling phone outreach. Key Responsibilities Social Prospecting: Initiate and build relationships with prospective customers across social networks. DM Management: Keep on top of high-volume direct messages with quick, friendly, and persuasive writing. Phone Connection: Make outbound and follow-up calls to answer questions, build confidence, and keep momentum moving forward. Solution Matching: Listen carefully to what customers need and guide them toward the right offer. Objection Handling: Navigate hesitation with grace, clarity, and professionalism. Closing: Seamlessly guide buyers through the final steps to complete their purchase. Organization: Keep your CRM and daily workflow tidy and up to date. Collaboration: Partner with a supportive, results-oriented team to sharpen your craft and hit milestones. Who Will Excel Here You don't need a massive resume, but you do need hustle, resilience, and stellar digital communication instincts. Communication: Flawless written and spoken English with a warm, persuasive tone. Digital Fluency: Extremely comfortable navigating social media apps, feeds, and messaging threads daily. Mindset: Competitive, positive, self-motivated, and hungry to win. Phone Confidence: Ready and willing to make outbound and follow-up phone calls. Reliability: Self-disciplined with a dependable home office setup. Availability: Able to work US Central Time business hours, with flexibility for weekend shifts as needed. Prior sales experience is a huge plus, but an unbeatable attitude and coachability are what we value most! Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:$11.00 – $13.00/hour base pay (scaled to your experience level). Uncapped Commissions: Earn as much as you want with zero limits on your commission potential.
